Who are You? 

I am a Los Angeles based yoga and fitness instructor and creator of Sweat with Riss! I believe everyBODY loves to move to what SOUNDS and FEELS good! My workouts and yoga flows are taught to the beat so that you feel energized, confident and have fun doing it!

Favorite Workout?

Yoga and sculpt!!! I love anything on the mat so mat pilates too! On weekends I love hiking or running at the beach.

What is Your go-to Year of Ours Style?

I am definitely a street style kinda gal! I love throwing on a YOS set paired with my sneakers + a blazer or a leather shacket! I call it... elevated ease.

What are Your Top 3 Morning Routine Non-Negotiables?

10 minute meditation, light exposure (helps your circadian rhythm!) + warm ginger tea!

What's Your go-to Healthy Snack or Meal?

Garlic + Rosemary Mary's Gone Crackers Real Thin, cucumbers, carrots and hummus. I also have a deep love for cold Honeycrisp apples - they're next level.


Favorite Workout Song Right Now?

This is a hard one... I love anything Drake BUT this is my ultimate hype song.
