I’m Lindsey Harrod, a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in Los Angeles, CA. I teach a variety of training styles ranging from strength training, HIIT, bootcamps, and pilates.

What's Your Go-To Year of Ours Style?

Mo go to YOS style is athletic! However I love to dress my athletic wear up to wear for street style and lifestyle as well!

What's Your Go-To Healthy Snack or Meal?

Favorite snacks are smoothies, overnight oats, and chia seed pudding. Favorite meals are taco bowls, salmon caesar salads, and thai curry bowls!
