Join us for a transcendental journey through the higher dimensions of Austin, Texas with our lead cowgirl, Alana Woolf! This 45 minute spin class will be totally immersive as the room will be transformed to suit the theme!

About Alana Woolf:
Her class is recognized for being a totally unique experience, with a style inspired by her background in fashion and music. That creativity and way of transmitting in each class have led her to win the Austin # 1 Spin Instructor title awarded by Austin Fit Magazine for two consecutive years. The mission in each class is to take its riders to feel part of a unit through interconnection through music, form and balance.

Stella Cook + Aubre Winters team up to lead an aerobic dance style class combining their two specialties. Stella’s Pilatecize is a fun, full-body workout that includes straightforward high-intensity cardio plus core, leg, arm and balance exercises. Aubrey’s Sweat Sessions is a 50-minute class combines athletic, follow-along dance cardio combined with strength training sequences, to tone, sculpt and strengthen your body. Come open and ready to move, leave sweaty and energized!
Sneakers recommended.
Followed by a DJ + Drinks to keep the dance party going.

We are presenting a very special country line dance lesson and workout at the legendary East Austin venue, The White Horse. All featuring a 90 minute 2-step led dance class followed by a live honky tonk band, tacos and drinks. It’s a party y’all... giddyup!

You’ll be lead through a series of yin postures that help relieve tension in the form of tightness or trauma from your joints, connective tissue, and fascia that will cultivate a sweet surrender sensation. The carefully selected essential oils will help deepen the relaxation and enhance the experience of the class. AND it’ll smell great!

Instructor:
Annie Ness became immersed in yoga over a decade ago while studying yoga and religions in India. She loved how it offered a completely holistic approach to preventive and rehabilitative health care. After spending years implementing yoga and meditation into her own daily routine and experiencing the benefits first hand, she knew she wanted to revolve her life around sharing it with others. She gravitated toward Yoga Nidra, a type of guided meditation, for its accessibility to people new to meditation, as well as its continuing benefits and effectiveness for seasoned practitioners.
