Jenna is the co-host of The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show, where she's up-and-at-em at 4 a.m. each work day. When she's not brightening up your radio waves, she's working on her beauty line, The Fitish that includes health and wellness CBD products.
What's your daily diet like?
HealthyISH - I wake up at 4 am for the radio show I host, so breakfast is my favorite meal and I tend to eat the most early and less by dinner time. Almond milk yogurt with fruit is my go to breakfast/snack. It's usually a soup or protein filled salad for lunch and sushi or a protein shake around dinner time.
Do you have a favorite workout?
I love boxing. It's the best way to maximize cardio and toning while getting out all of the stress of the day.
How did you first get interested in fitness?
I danced when I was young and played competitive soccer until college and that kicked off my passion for athletics!
What's your Superfood?
Coffee. That's a superfood right?! ;)
What are your top health and wellness goals for 2019? Any advice for others trying to set some of their own?
I would really like to cut out sugar because it's my biggest weakness and I need to work on my flexibility.
