Kendall is an instructor at Rumble, a boxing-based, high-intensity conditioning class. She's a boxing fanatic, loves to workout with a jump rope and wants YOU to join her girl gang.
What's your daily diet like?
I strive to eat an “Imperfect Paleo” diet. So essentially focused on healthy and organic/grass-fed animal proteins with healthy fats (olive oil, avocado, etc) and LOTS of veggies! I try to limit sugar and any preocessed foods as best I can. However due to my super active lifestyle, I do need carbohydrates and tend to love sweet potatoes (extra nutrients), forbidden rice and others to help supplement my intense training load!
How did you first get interested in fitness?
I had a series of challenges with both my depression/anxiety as well as food intolerance. I wanted to make my life better, take ownership and finally found the importance of honoring myself. Boxing changed my life.
What are some of your favorite songs/artists to listen to when getting psyched up for a workout?
HIP-HOP/ OLD SCHOOL 70’s ROCK! Gimme Kendrick Lamar with a little Led Zeppelin and lezz go!
What are your top health and wellness goals for 2019? Any advice for others trying to set some of their own?
To be my most honest, vulnerable and strong self. To understand that this journey on wellness is not a way and there are moments you will slip...but to know the benefit of living your best life is what matters!
