What's your daily diet like?
Overall I enjoy eating pretty clean with lots of fresh fruits, veggies, and lean meats. But I do have a sweet tooth and enjoy chocolate in some form a few times a week. Plus, I have to have a glass of wine on the regular. I definitely missed that when I was pregnant!
What are some of your favorite songs/artists to listen to when getting psyched up for a workout?
I love all genres, so it totally depends on my mood. But my go-to, get your game face on song is Beyonce's "Don't Hurt Yourself". So. Much. Attitude. I love it!
How did you first get interested in fitness?
I've enjoyed athletics and fitness since I could walk. I started out in toddler gymnastics which turned to competitive gymnastics, then cheerleading, then competitive cheer, then collegiate cheering. I have always loved being active in a team setting which explains why I love group fitness so much.
