What's your daily diet like?
Whatever makes you, your body and your mind happy! So not a lot of junk (veggies, fruits, protein) but I reward myself with a small treat because life is short and a reward system is good for creating great habits.
Do you have a favorite workout?
PURE BARRE! I'm not just saying that because I am a Pure Barre Instructor but as a dancer, I didn't know any other way to work out then my passion of dancing that was actually enjoyable a challenging until I found Pure Barre. It's so gentle on the joints, super targets specific areas & muscles, see results quickly and keeps your mind and body feeling so productive and proud!
How did you first get interested in fitness?
I've also been a very active child so my parents put me in dance (per my huge interest in it) so I always had my dance studio's schedule to keep me active. It wasn't until I moved to New York City, I realized my fitness was based on dance and that schedule wasn't there anymore. I found Pure Barre and it helped me truly focus on fitness for what it is and carved my understanding of my body on a fitness level and helped me form my goals.
What's your superfood?
CAULIFLOWER & BROCCOLI! Come from the same vegetable family & contains some much nutrients for very few calories!
What are your top health and wellness goals for 2019? Any advice for others trying to set some of their own?
Have a set workout schedule that fits into your own life schedule, that is consistent and incorporates REST. Rest is so important into order to see and recognize growth (both in life and in fitness).
