Stella is a badass trainer at Base Pilates & Movement, and has been teaching pilates since 2007 when she received her certification. When she's not making you sweat, she's working for Dear Hearts - a company she co-founded that handles personal, event and interior styling.

What's your daily diet like?
Snacky. I eat when I'm hungry. Healthy but satisfying. Eggs & greens everyday. Tons of water. I think food is important for both nourishment & fun.

How did you first get interested in fitness?
I can't remember not being interested in it. :) Started dancing at 4; then it just progressed from there. Ballet, basketball, swimming, running, more dance and then pilates from there. I've always wanted & needed to move.

What's your superfood?
Coffee! jk! Honestly, too many to name. If i had to choose a few-- avocados, lemons, eggs, greens, acv, pb, greek yogurt, sambal!

What are your top health and wellness goals for 2019? Any advice for others trying to set some of their own?
More sleep! And I'm going to be more intentional about my own fitness routine. Sometimes I lean on my own workouts because I'm busy and I don't end up prioritizing other classes or practices that i really want to try. Advice for others: take it easy and be nice to yourself when setting goals and creating new routines. And try to make it fun. Working out is so much cooler when you are having a good time!
